Integrating Google Gemini API for more natural-sounding AI messages (Ref: New AI Feature)

Hi Dux-Soup Dev Team,

I just watched your latest video on the new AI messaging features ("AI LinkedIn Automation just got very real"), and the workflow looks absolutely fantastic. Streamlining personalization directly within Dux-Soup is a huge step forward.

Currently, the setup seems to focus heavily on OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude). While these are great, our extensive testing has shown that Google Gemini consistently generates significantly more natural, empathetic, and "human-sounding" outreach copy—especially when micro-targeting high-level executives (C-Level). ChatGPT often feels a bit too formulaic for premium networking.

Since your new architecture is already built to handle API integrations for LLMs, adding Google Gemini (via Google AI Studio / Gemini API) would be a massive value-add for users who want to avoid the typical "AI-written" flavor in their automated LinkedIn touchpoints.

Why this would be a great addition:

1. Higher Conversion: Gemini’s tone matches authentic professional networking much closer than standard GPT-4 outputs in many testing scenarios.

2. Cost-Effective & Fast: The Gemini Flash/Pro APIs offer incredible speed and very competitive pricing for high-volume automated workflows.

3. Completing the Big Three: Having OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini side-by-side would make Dux-Soup the ultimate, platform-agnostic AI tool for LinkedIn.

Would love to see Gemini as an option in the LLM dropdown menu in a future update!

Thanks for the continuous innovation and the great tool.

Best regards,
Philipp and Anita (cloud team lincence)

I don't overestimate the benefits of AI, but I think it can really add relevance. Especially as campaigns and relationships progress and become more personalised. A starting point had been opened by: https://feedback.dux-soup.com/suggestions/369627/provide-integration-with-ai-chatgpt, but I haven't seen anything since...?

I often look for people with whom I can connect from a set of 100 pages. The machine does not get through those 100 pages in one setting or even one week. So, I have to go back and re-institute the search AND find the page. So, for example, just now, I searched for "oboe", "people", "2nd degree (or whatever it is). THEN … I had to go from zero to page 39. Sure, it didn't take forever, but it would have been easier if I could have simply plugged into a space the number 39 to get taken to the right page. So, if that's not too much trouble and investment, it would make your system just a little bit better.

I cannot think of any scenario where people want to use the emoji in someone's name, or company name when messaging. You can use the name scrubber but you would need to add all 4,000 emojis one by one to get emoji's scrubbed. It would be easier to have a toggle on or off on the name scrubber tool to scrub all emojis so 🇺🇦 John Doe, 👉 John Doe, 💬 John Doe, 🏳️‍🌈.
It would be very helpful to receive a clear notification when a CRM connector (e.g. HubSpot) expires.

Currently, users may only notice the issue after CRM records stop updating, which can cause delays or missing data in the CRM.

A visible warning or notification on the Dux-Soup dashboard (and/or via email) when a connector has expired would help users reconnect promptly and avoid disruption to their CRM sync.

A guided insertion method would improve usability, speed up message creation, and help ensure personalisation is applied consistently.

I designed and ran a manual drip campaign for 4 years on LinkedIn and I always "followed" the connection after 1st Follow Up Message.
