Make Dashboard Refresh to same page

When I am on a Dux Dashboard page, such as https://app.dux-soup.com/web/action-history and I "refresh" my browser, can it stay on the same page and not redirect back to "home"
Bonus points if I can toggle a switch to refresh the page automatically every so many seconds/minutes/hours or something - this would allow me to have the dashboard up on a second screen where I can just look at it
