Include unaltered LinkedIn contact name in downloaded visit data.

There are times when it is useful to use the contact first name and last name exactly as it is in LinkedIn, without the name processing provided by Dux-Soup.

One example is for matching with connection data downloaded directly from LinkedIn. This could be simply implemented in a backward compatible way by adding two new columns to the downloaded visit data, for example "LI First Name" and "LI Last Name".

The name processing by Dux-Soup is often wrong, and with names it seems best to leave them as the owner put them. You are always having to spot by hand improperly processed names, and then update by hand the Name Scrubber list. And when you do update the Name Scrubber list, after visually inspecting your visit data download, you can't simply re-download the file to get updated processing. It appears to do the name processing when the contact is first visited.
