Store dux-soup user settings on server instead of local computer

Hi, settings like API settings, should be stored on the server! In the current sitution I loose my setting when my computer crashes or when I want to work on another computer.

With the recent new release (R7.6.x) at the start of April, this is now the case - user setting are stored on the server.
