Uploading list of contacts for auto-imail

this feature i asked about on support would be nice: using the professional plan and sending auto-inmail for profiles, can i upload a list of contacts emails, names or cellphones and then if it matches with linkedin active profiles the inmail is sent only to these contacts I uploaded?
