New Messages Checked In Background (so browser windows stop popping up)

Dux-soup is great however an annoying behaviour is when it makes a browser window pop-every few minutes when Dux-soup is checking for new messages.

It either opens a new browser tab or new browser window (then shuts it once checking is done). This is usually less than a minute however the window always pops up in front of the current work I'm doing which is annoying and distracting.

Feature request: the message checking is done in the background, without anooying popups. Or a browser window is permanently kept open for Dux-Soup to be checking messages, ie; it's not constantly opening and closing new browser windows all day.

Dux Soup should run in the BACKGROUND. Very annoying when all thru my work day I get the LinkedIn popup window covering 1/3 of my screen every 5 minutes. It constantly covers up where I am trying ti type or view in my other browser windows.

When Dux-soup checks for new messages and connections, it temporarily opens a new window which takes half of the screen. Can this be minimized or at least reduced in size.

The message bridge 'pop-up' has now been reduced in size as of v. 7.5.14 so it will not interrupt your daily activities as it used to.

Exceptionally annoying, frustrating , distracting. Plus if you're screen sharing with a client they get to see the pop up too!

Also, on Linux it opens up on one window and causes my main Chrome window to pop up in the foreground above whatever I was doing and takes focus. Really infuriating!

message bridge now opens in a new Tab - not in a new window, and also does not pop up in front of your other Tabs
