NEW CAMPAIGN ONLY STARTS WHEN OLD CAMPAIGN ENDED

For individuals....great that I can enrol them in a new campaign (this makes life easier and faster).....BUT....please can we only start that campaign when old campaign (for that person) has ended / been completed. I want to avoid multiple campaigns going out at the same same or a very easy way to manage this.
