Stop sending message at Responded funnel stage

Once a contact has responded and moved from Followups to Responded stage the delivery scheduled messages, for the Drop Campaing in question, must be stopped UNTIL a QUALIFIED IN action has been selected.

With this small change, must be a more natural human mimic and OPEN a time frame to send a personal message between the train of scheduled messages and the last contact message.
