[Funnel Flow] View of users not enrolled or skipped

Provide a view to see a list of users that are enrolled but the invite is not sent (skipped due to some rules such as Automated Action Exclusions, Name Scrubber, etc.)? This will give a quick glance to find out if there are any false positives and take necessary action to connect.

This is achieved by showing Skipped Users in the funnel flow graph (between the Enrolled and Invited columns).

I tried to search these users with tags but I am afraid there is no such tag available in the tag search:

Likewise, a view to see the list of blacklisted users would be helpful.
