[Connect Message Bridge] Disable Sales Navigator for Standard LinkedIn users

Standard LinkedIn users will not use Sales Navigator as this is a paid feature by LinkedIn.
Currently, a new tab is being opened by Dux-Soup Message Bridge to check Sales Navigator which is disturbing and not useful.
So, it would only make sense to disable this and apply only for the premium/paid LinkedIn users.
