Auto append a Note when auto-visiting.

I would like a function to append a note to existing notes in a profile.

I like the function of adding a Tag when I auto-visit a profile and I would also like to be able to append a Note to the top of the Notes field in addition to what is already present. These notes allow me to track my activity with an individual over time. I usually do this for individuals in my Target market segments who have not engaged enough with me to warrant having them in my CRM. This is a good pre-cursor to that since so many individual in my Target market never engage and thus I can keep my CRM data lean and clean.
