Add a global contact search feature

I need to be able to find a contact easily without having to trawl through loads of campaigns and using browser search on each pipeline stage. When I receive a notification from Linkedin that someone has replied, I need to be able to quickly locate them on the Dux Dash and either reflow or qualify in or out.
