Notification for "unreachable" dux-soup instances

Hi, it would be great to create a notification or email if there is no running Dux-Soup instance that can be used to carry out the action queue for more than a day or something?

We keep running into an issue with Dux-Soup logging out or some other issue that prevents it from running and only notice sometimes weeks later.

I think this would be super useful and I think would help a lot of users
