Automatically QUEUE campaigns (set & forget)

Basic/key function: build as many campaigns as you want, they will simply be queued. No need anymore to monitor and wait until a given campaign is finished before setting-up additional ones.

Other options to be added ideally/eventually: change order/priority of campaigns
