Ability to upload a list of contacts NOT to message

Would like the ability to upload a large list of contacts into dux-soup and reverse-engineer the "Revisit" ability. In short, upload a list of all of your contacts (Thousands) into Dux-Soup and start the robot so it can search for new connections to message while avoiding all yours, all without having to tag people along the way to "Not message".
That way, you can bulk upload thousands and not have to spend weeks revisiting profiles and tagging them to avoid messaging them in the future.
