Allow Follow-ups to specific tags only

At the moment there's issues with follow-ups if you have a lot of users within different target groups accepting your invites (old invites). If you use industry-specific messages lack of follow-up filtration can cause major problems. To fix this I suggest a really simple feature - the ability to send follow-ups only to specific tags.

This will allow us to not send specific follow-ups to everyone invited with DX, but only specific groups of people that the message is aiming for.
