If I start beeswarming at the end of the day and close my computer or loose connection - the beeswarming stops.

Dux-Soup can only process what is on the screen - and your computer needs to be on for it to work, What many users do it set up a VPS so that they can leave Dux-Soup running all the time (24/7 availability) without it interrupting their daily work.
