Recruiting Industry: Job Advertisement Chasing

I think it would be valuable for the recruiting industry clients if you were able to create a funnel like this that went through the "Jobs" portal, filtered out opportunities to chase after and connect the right prospect to build a relationship with.

I'm not sure if this makes sense outside of recruiting, but essentially one of our business development strategies is to "chase" job ads. A company in our niche will post a job ad, then we know they need to hire someone, so we build a relationship with the hiring manager and offer our services if they are unsatisfied with their current results.
