Absolutely, Salesforce and FreshSales CRM would be such an obvious and necessary addition to the "connect CRM" feature!
Integration of current Freshsales Suite is not possible via Zapier as only the email-field is searchable to avoid duplicates.

The webhook workaround would at least need a very good documentation and maybe step-by-step setup instructions.
