Activity Log: Change back to easy-to-identify target description

If you want to check who has been sent message by Dux-Soup - and this happens frequently - you have to copy each URL listed under "target" into the browser and visit the LinkedIn profile again.

When I started with Dux-Soup this had been different. At that time the listed URL contained the name of the contact - easy readable.

We learnt that Dux-Soup makes mistakes, and we users also do so. There is need for the user to be able to check EASILY whether a particular person has been contacted.

Please, switch back to the former format.
