Msg do not sync

If we reply a prospect msg manually , its not updating in the funnel flow.
it makes the process complicated because we dont know whether ball in our court or prospect court. We can not send template for every communication because some communication needs unique touch based on what prospect is asking for. So manual msg has to sync , or in other word the outbox has to sync also as like how inbox is synched.
