API Enhancement for Turbo + Agency / (re)run Saved Searches in Scan Mode Remotely

This feature request would allow an API user, especially powerful for agencies to remotely trigger a scan mode against a Saved Search set.

Would be very useful to run through and pick up "New Results" only BUT ALSO the ability to hit the main search again as we have found that often times re-scanning the entire list will yield new results as well.

Ideally we could retrieve the list of saved searches via API for a user profile and then optionally run the commands for specific lists in either "new only" or "rescan entire list" modes

This would remove a lot of friction and improve user compliance since we have to constantly remind our clients to re-run the scans to fill the re-visit funnel.

This will be helpful for smaller clients because they often struggle with "what's next?" They also do not have the discipline to always do scanning/visits on their own. Further, understanding the components of their saved searches would also allow my agency to offer suggestions for refinement. Thank you.

BUMP! This is the HIGHEST friction point we have we our users trying to get them to run regular SCANS from their save searches

I'm considering writing my own plugin at this point if we can't get this prioritized...
