Clear data count and download data day by day

1. When we are clearing data, the visit count and profile recording count are getting deleted. Can we have an overall profile recorded count somewhere?
2. When downloading data, the tool downloads all my profiles visited. how can I download a day by day recorded data? I don't want to download the same data every day. Can you enhance with a date picker to download data accordingly?
