Message bridge runs separatedly than the planner

I would suggest that Message Bridge runs separately than the planner (or that it runs all the time).
Why?
-- > I want to know if someone replies to me as soon as possible (message bridge running all the time)
--> I don't want to spam people on weekends (follow ups don't run on weekends)
