Send direct messages to group members

Use the "See All" Members of a group (https://www.linkedin.com/groups/<group id>/members/ or https://www.linkedin.com/groups/<group id>/manage/membership/members/ for group owners) to send messages directly to members without requiring to visit their profile or connect.

Apologies for the delay in providing feedback. Currently the only way you can send a message in LinkedIn using Dux-Soup is to trigger a visit to the profile and then do it from the profile screen - therefore only sending messages to 1st degree connections and invites to 2nd/3rd degree connections - or of courses InMails through Sales Navigator. Sending unsolicited (auto)messages to group members would greatly increase the chances of messages being marked as spam, which is why we would always recommend connecting with prospects.

Hello,

You probably know that weekly connection requests limitation makes a huge problem for all of us. On the other hand, there is no limit to sending messages to members of groups on LinkedIn. All you have to do is send a request to join to a specific group, and you can send an unlimited number of messages to the members of that group. For example, Small Creative Agency Leaders has 1,446 members and I can send a message to everyone.

My question is: Does Dux-soap support automated messaging within LinkedIn groups and how do I set it up in your software?
This will help us a lot.

Yes but we have strong limiations in sending coonection requests while here we can send unlimited number of messages. This is why this funkcionality must be developed un Dux Soap..

You can send a message request to communicate with Group members that you aren’t already connected with. They’ll be notified if you receive a message request, and you can decide to either accept or privately decline.

Seems a great tool in the bee era where connection requests are so much more limited

Dux-Soup should keep updating like other automation software companies doing.. Few of them already bring the feature like group messaging.

I believe this is important functionality, and it exists on other platforms at nearly the same price point. By requiring the connection request or profile visit upfront it limits how quickly one can go to groups to message. The other platform I'm looking at as an alternative to Dux allows 200 messages directly to group members per week in addition to similar profile views and connection requests. Any update would be appreciated.

I will be waiting for this feature to be added to the Pro edition. As soon as its done we will purchase two licenses to begin with. Kindly keep me informed once this feature is added. thanks
