Include First Name, Last Name, & Email on MEMBER_TO_MEMBER message webhook

When responding to a message webhook, it would be extremely helpful to have the first name, last name, and email for the sender.

Right now we just have the linked in profile, and there is no api to pull name or email.

If you're sending a follow up message using Dux-Soup you can use the message markers _FN_ _LN_ etc.

First & Last name have been added in v6.2.5 . LinkedIn ID was added in 6.3.1
